Women Voters Invited "We also wish to call special attention to the fact that women, who now have the rights of fullfledged voters, may become voting members of the Association on the same basis as men, and we urge especially that women be elected as secretaries of local units whenever that seems practical and possible. We sincerely hope that a large number of women voters will enroll as paying members so that there will be a generous sprinkling of women delegates in the state meetings of the Association during the next two years." (The secretary seat was the key position of local units)
